  • Do you get your planning done over the summer? Sabrina can help you create a behavior referral process, fortify your existing/create a new MTSS/MTBS system, and/or create a guiding practice for classroom managed vs office managed behaviors. Get SY25-26 fortified with easily understood and custom made flow charts to help direct procedures.

  • When campus efforts have reached capacity for a student, it can be helpful to gain additional insight from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

    This service includes observations, stakeholder interviews, preparation, and presentation of a full-spectrum FBA. Campuses can then use this assessment to form a function-based intervention plan.

    Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks after parental consent has been obtained.

    Contract type: Hourly

  • Receive expert guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on identifying the function of behavior and developing effective, research-based intervention plans. Sabrina collaborates closely with all stakeholders to address student needs while being mindful of staff capacity. Final decisions on intervention strategies remain with the team, ensuring a collaborative and practical approach. Services include staff training, customized data collection tools, essential intervention materials, and four follow-up sessions to support implementation and understanding.

    Duration: approximately 2-3 months. Multiple cases can be done simultaneously.

  • Is your current BCBA overwhelmed by the volume of behavior referrals? Is a backlog creating challenges for your staff? Sabrina can offer Functional Behavior Assessment only services for your BCBA to develop a BIP. Great for teams that are looking to immediately address multiple students.

    Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks after parental consent has been obtained.

  • How is your schools MTSS/MTBS system meeting the needs of your campus? Do you need support from a focused resource to work collaboratively with your campus to create, train, and document a robust system that supports the unique needs of your school? Sabrina has a passion for procedures and has created several district and campus behavior support systems.

  • Looking to maximize your Professional Learning Communities, grade band efforts, or behavior management skills campus wide? The following workshops are currently being offered:

    • Behavior Basics (Part 1)

      • Learn how to use reinforcement and punishment effectively!)

    • Behavior Basics: ABC Data for Educators

      • Must take Behavior Basics Part 1

      • Learn how to determine the function like a pro and maximize your effectiveness.

    • Troubleshooting your Interventions

      • How many times have we said “it worked for a while but then it stopped”? Learn how to utilize the same interventions in different ways. Learn why it stopped and prevent it from happening.

  • Would your team benefit from another collaborative team member to review the documentation and review if the FBA and the BIP are cohesive and consistent? Sabrina will assess and recommend best practices related to the supports that are in place. Sabrina can provide and guide documentation, data collection methods, and ways to troubleshoot current methodologies.

    Duration: Hourly

    Contract: One time contract, long term contract, or retainer.

  • Have your FBA for an IEE, MDR or OCR complaint restitution completed by a BCBA.

    Duration: 4-6 weeks

Our Plans

One time Contract

Great for teams that do not currently have a BCBA on staff and need additional support collaborating with families and community partners.

Long Term Contract

Great for teams that may be experiencing an increase in behavior support referrals, teams that may be considering hiring a BCBA for their districts, or teams that may have multiple opportunities for behavior support on campus.

Retainer

Great for teams who have a consistent need for additional support. Pay one monthly fee and select from the services menu to customize your support plan for your campus.

3, 5 and 10 hour packages available.

Event Based/Project Based

Great for teams that need Tier 1 support for troubleshooting interventions, creating MTSS/MTBS systems for behavior supports, or grade bands that may benefit from specific trainings.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), I am deeply committed to promoting inclusion and neurodiversity within educational settings. With extensive experience supporting over 100 classrooms, I specialize in creating and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention strategies tailored specifically for school environments.

My approach focuses on developing comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are practical, easy to track, and simple for educators to implement consistently. I believe in the power of collaboration, which is why I prioritize staff feedback and maintain open communication throughout the process. After all, teachers and support staff know the students best, and together, we can ensure lasting success.
